ROLE
• The Health Care Assistant is a member of the Home.
• You will be expected under the supervision of the Manager to participate as a member of the Care Team in ensuring that residents receive a high standard care in a professional manner.

• Genuine interest in working within the caring environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player.
• Willingness to participate in Vocation Training Programmes.
• Satisfactory Police check and check against POVA List (where applicable).
• Relevant Vocational Qualification (achieved / working towards)
• Flexible to Shifts
