Electric up over garage door opener

Stanley electric garage door opener which has just been removed from one of my garage doors. It is in good working condition, reason for removing was to be able to open both doors with the same controller.
It comes with all the main pieces to fit it and a remote control. It can also be opened with a bell push type button( not included) which has to be hard wired. The fixings to the ceiling, timber joists etc are not included as these are standard items. There is a mounting bracket which may fit your application.
