Indian Head Chef Cook Required ASAP

We are a new and exciting Indian food restaurant opening in Mid October/Late October.

You will be working as a team of 3 initially until independent charges are finalised.

We are looking for Chefs/Cooks with knowledge and experience in preparing Indian Food.
YOU MUST:
Have knowledge and experience in preparing Indian Food, although training can be given.
Have operational knowledge of various recipes, quality standards, portion sizes and presentation style of dishes
Have 1-3 years relevant experience
Be a team player willing to do whatever needs to be done to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Have Health and Safety Certificate Level 2 Food Hygiene as a minimum. Knowledgeable in food standards, safety and hygiene is desirable.
Ensure food is prepared and served to the highest possible standards
Ensure the kitchen is maintained and kept clean to the highest level
Be a Good Communicator
Have the right to work in the UK

Salary negotiable depending on knowledge and experience. We can provide training and guidance on some of the dishes for which we have our own recipes.

We will also require a trial cooking session before hiring a prospective candidate as we are looking to build long-term relationships with passionate ambitious team members rather than just one-off contract workers.
