FAMILY DONATION NEEDED

Hi I am desperate to make a request for only 270 pounds before this coming 15th September 2016. This is because I don’t have enough to purchase a flight ticket to permanently return to my home country in South East Asia for me, my son, my wife and our newborn baby. My wife recently had emergency cesarean surgery and is unable to work. We ran out of our allocation to buy a flight ticket because my previous employer doesn’t want to pay my wages even after I had done all the work. The name of my previous employer is Scottish Fried Chicken located in Leith, Edinburgh. It is owned by an Indian guy named Hussain that has become a citizen of Scotland. I am not the only employer that was refused payment. When the restaurant first opened, we were initially hired to work but then we were all replaced by Indian workers and had been denied payment for the work done. The Indian workers on the other hand are still working there and have been receiving their payment. I have brought this matter to ACAS but then Hussain cheated the ACAS officer by saying that the business are not running well and the restaurant will go bankrupt thus there’s nothing that ACAS can do. Actually the restaurant is fine and has in fact increased its online advertisement. I cannot bring this matter to the court because I have only few months to stay in Edinburgh before my visa expires.
