I have a 4 bedroom newly refurbished house to share with you. Our home is a warm bright spacious place with a new central heating system and has lots of beautiful, comfortable furniture. There is a new well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining table, heston blumenthal coffee machine, and a range cooker. The kitchen looks out onto a back garden, there is also access to a lovely secure communal park area beyond the garden. Off street parking is also available if required.

The main living room area is around 30 square feet, it is a lovely open plan living space and is currently being decorated to create a scandinavian style interior. The living area also has a large wall mounted tv and dvd player and sonos music system. The guest bedroom is newly renovated with new flooring, curtains and a freshly upholstered french bed and a new mattress.

There is a bathroom on the top floor which we use. There is also a wetroom and toilet on the ground floor for you to use, with marble sink, new mixer shower and limestone flooring. You will have access to an iron/ironing board, hairdryer and any cleaning materials which you may need. All bed linen and towels are supplied for your stay.

We also have a garage should you wish to store any of your belongings or bike. On your arrival you will be shown around, allocated a room and a set of keys to the front door.
